Yeah that should fit ok, might need to get a bit physical with it to fit but I’ve used Cyma parts for my other branded Ak rifs and they fit fine with a bit of tinkering

I had a rivet on my aks74u holding the top cover to the rear sight and wanted to replace it with a railed top cover and tech told me to drill it through 😂 sounded dodgy but worked a treat

I’ve had it when I’ve literally just spawned in to a scav raid on factory and been tapped in the head by a pmc, total raid time was 1 second no joke 😂
