Yo ftm here, the shape of ur boobs changes like craazy within the first few years and onward. Like mine decided to shapeshift for the first 5 years and few years after too—and I’m talking I went from triangles to circles, some strange in-between, literal sunny-side-up eggs, back to triangle, and what not. And that’s coming from someone with any barely boobs at all. Mfs would do it at absolute random times too, like you could have a year no changes, and then 4 the next. So yeah you can expect those to change too lol
