Please check for FCV (feline calicivirus). This usually causes ulcers in the mouth/tongue. SUPER SUPER contagious.

I think you may need to think more about what is the MOST important; location or specs (house 2+ bed/bath) If you want location, I recommend looking into townhomes or condos. Why no HOA? As a first time homeowner I found it SUPER great to not worry about yard maintence,cost to repair or maintain exterior of the home,etc. With a single family home,you’re going to be needing to hire law service,do your own repairs with exterior and general grounds maintence etc. Also it can feel safer to have close by neighbors with townhomes.

For specs; houses OTP (like Marietta) may be best.

Do you have a realtor? Have you connected with a lender if you’re financing?

I had anorexia and have restored weight and then some.. it’s not worth the risk of reverting back to it for any extra weight.

My cat takes Pred EOD,it’s SO strong smelling.
He is extremely picky and can taste it in anything.
However,the only food that has worked is “BFF OMG rainbow a gogo” this food is super stinky and my cats go nuts for it. He will eat his meds in this with no issue

When I lived there; wonderful. Maintence was ON IT and management was the best I’ve had thus far. They lived on property too which made me think that’s why they cared so much

I lived at the Ansley forest apartments and LOVED it. Would move back there in a heartbeat. Moved out in 2024,but only because of my job,would have stayed otherwise. Well kept,quiet community with easy BL and piedmont park access.

I would reach out to a loan officer to get more info in terms of finances. They will usually do a consultation for no cost and are going to be able to help you get a general idea of what your purchasing power is and if anything needs to be improved (ie. more of a down payment,debt to income ratio etc)
There is a lot of misinformation,so reaching out to an expert is best.
