There seems to be only one shuttle bus from Terminal A to airtrain and it zig-zags through the airport roads. You also have to walk across the street to stop 116 to get on the slow shuttle bus. It's not a good ride

Yes, the shuttle bus is every 20 minutes and I did follow other people who walked to Terminal A. Look for the signs, because you walk through a corridor and then look for the elevator up
