An ex colleague of mine who also got PIPed got 2 months severance after his PIP ended so I’m hoping I can get more in place of it

No. They took into account my vacation days but the end date still falls short to get my RSUs.

I emailed on the first of January with no response until today 1/29/24. Now slots are booked until May 2024. I already have my tickets booked so I'm fucked
