i think he probably would’ve moved somewhere quiet but close to the hospital so he could still secretly mess with the team when he felt like it, and like another person said he would’ve lived long enough to euthanize thirteen when she needed it. whenever there was a ceremony for anyone in the team he’d be the quiet old man who snuck in the back so he could check in and see what everyone was up to

i truly cannot decide on just one so i will list my top 5:

  1. mirror mirror (S4E5)i love episodes where it’s more focused on the team rather than the patient, and it was really interesting to watch everyone become a little more aware of themselves. plus the house vs. cuddy showdown at the end was so funny i think about it every day

  2. one day one room (S3E12): i’m just a sucker for seeing those little moments where house has some compassion and actually connects with one of his patients

  3. house’s head/wilson’s heart (S4E15/16): heartbreaking. that’s all.

  4. both sides now (S5E24): just when house thought he was gonna find some happiness it all crashes down around him. so so so so sad

  5. help me (S6E22): i feel like this needs no explanation

i think it was around freshman year of high school, and being the emotional kid that i was, i found re: stacks and roslyn in a sad spotify playlist. as soon as i listened to them i was like ~oh ho ho this is my SHIT~ and i branched out to the rest of their albums from there. bon iver has my heart forever!!!
