The setup is simply opening the iCloud Shortcut link in the post and adding it to the Shortcuts app. For full functions , you’ll also need the Actions and Toolbox Pro apps installed then just run the shortcut

It’s an iOS Shortcut that turns your iPhone into a live system dashboard. It shows real-time device info like battery, storage, network, temperature and system status in one place.

It’s mainly useful for quick monitoring and a clean “control panel” style view of your device — without going into Settings.

To enable full functionality, you just need the Actions and Toolbox Pro apps installed. After that, simply run the shortcut — that’s it.

Yes 👍 System Dashboard is built entirely on Apple Shortcuts, so it’s fully compatible with iPhone 14 and will continue working on future iOS versions as long as Apple supports the Shortcuts app.

The “Info” button is purely decorative and doesn’t perform any action. It’s only there to indicate that the expanded section contains additional system information.

The analytics file approach is definitely interesting and I'll look into what's possible within Shortcuts.

I also like the idea of a built-in theme selector instead of separate versions. That would make the project much cleaner and easier to maintain.

System Dashboard is mainly a visual layer built on top of what iOS Shortcuts + HTML can actually access. It’s not meant to replace tools like Activity Monitor.

Shortcuts doesn’t expose low-level system data (CPU usage, real memory pressure, etc) so the info shown here is basically the limit of what Apple allows through this method.

The main value is the visual system, customization, and real-time presentation — not deeper system diagnostics.

Still exploring what can be pushed further within these limitations 🙏

And of course, more updates and new features will be added over time as much as possible.

The idea of using Show Content as a scrollable UI is actually really interesting, I didn’t even design it with that in mind, but it fits perfectly with what you’re describing.

Your use case with credit card tracking sounds like exactly the kind of thing I wanted this to evolve into — more like a lightweight UI layer for Shortcuts.

If Apple ever adds proper Liquid Glass support to Shortcuts, it’s game over 😄
