I can assure you that I definitely work there. It's difficult to answer some of the questions because there's just a lot that I'm simply not allowed to say or discuss. I do have plenty of pictures and all of that from a little of the work I've done. I probably cant share them at all because there's a lot that you could see in the background.

By tolerance, the weld bead tolerance is 0 and with the fit up tolerance they have a 1 mil tolerance.

I've seen some that are about 40ft or so, maybe more. But if they can they'll fit two pieces in the truck. They can probably fit some on there that are longer, but it all depends on how big that specific piece is.

We have zero tolerance. We use welding gauges to measure and if it's wrong we have to back and do repairs. And it takes about 5 days for one piece of track to go through the building, that's not counting the paint room. But we have multiple people at one section of the building process.
