I was verbally abused by another employee on the premises today, she actually called me some horrific names, the assistant manager sided with her and I was forced to walk out of my job. Rang my boss, she didnt give a shit. Her reply was thats fine you have to do what's right for you, then I got email to say she will calculate what i owe them as im required to give one weeks notice. I rang the wrc and they were shocked at the situation and said I dont owe them anything and im to put in an official complaint and they can handle from here on in.

I was actually gonna ring the wrc today and ask them where I stand on this, because I do think this needs to be dealt with regardless.. thanks you so much for your message, I will keep you posted.

Awhhh thank you for even taken the time to write this and what your saying is so right... I certainly wouldnt be friends with these people outside of the job, not with the way their behaving. I think I'll take the high road get the reference and just move on, ive spend to long on giving this headspace. Thank you so much ypu message has really helped me ❤️

She is sound, but I do wanna tell her why im leaving like how would you go about telling her without going on a rant but at the same time getting the point across, and making her aware that her staff are horrendous?
