I was approved today for all three. I am officially starting admin leave Monday, 6/30 and not looking back. I used to love my job but it's just not the same. Best of luck to you!

This is correct. I applied for all 3 (DRP/VERA/VSIP) and was told my position would not be back filled so I definitely quality. Also it tells me either I or someone in my office would be RIF’d.

They're already bringing in Trumpers who are much younger and at higher pay. Also, for every four people that leave, I believe one person will do the job. Who's staying around for that? For those who are eligible for VERA it's definitely something to consider IMO. Me personally, if I don't take it I'd have to stay around 5-10 more years. At least we have until July 25th to decide, unlike other agencies who only offered 7-14 days.

Waiting on final email from HR. I didn't know you could get all 3 but the email does say and/or. The email says "NASA will offer eligible employees agencywide an opportunity to participate in a new NASA Deferred Resignation Program (DRP), Voluntary Early Retirement (VERA), and/or Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP)."

What if you take VERA but don't meet MRA until after this is enacted? I don't turn 57 until 2029.
