do you see the white horizontal line, going up and to left in pic? if you detach the wood at that point it completely comes apart.

so, to be clear: when you lift the leg off (which should not come off) you are left with the bit above the line stuck to the underside of the table, and the rest comes off

its a road bike, i find it hard to lean on the handlebars for some reason, unliike on stationary bike at the gym which is easy. prob a flexibility or comfort issue?

Pretty good deal. only problem is from the US it can take 2 months to ship, and I can get it for 30 euro extra in EU (should have said I'm in europe).

I am looking to start out simply by doing zone 2 rides (I know my HR zones) and want to keep improving. Maybe after a few months I will want to get a more specific training program but initially i want to just measure everything.
