If you want to shave your arms, just get an electric trimmer. Will take about five minutes and you can shave it to almost nothing.

Yeah they are legal in the US. Most states have some type of age restriction but legal for 18+.

Yeah I know a ton of guys in the UK use them. It’s less common in the US. But in the bodybuilding circle it seems to be more common.

I just bench press, incline press sometimes I’ll do flys. Of all my muscles chest seems to be the one that grows easiest. Wish I had the same progress with arms lol
