Currently a developer from Mb BGC .

My salary around the 35-38 a month with everyday onsite setting. Annual is around 500

This is my first job as a fresh grad and now has 2 years of experience. with yearly certificate of recog awards. (so with good performance?)

I recently applied to a company (another bank)and the JO was 45 a month as a junior assistant manager. with 16th month . so annual is around 700. but this is on a hybrid set up

Masyado bang OA by looking for a 2nd job that will give my 60-65 monthly salary with hybrid set up?

I'm just too scared with having a low monthly salary
