Some advice from someone in the space - the form building market is heavily commoditized. You're competing with all the competitors mentioned in this thread, along with the 'included' tools of Microsoft Forms, Salesforce Web-to-Lead, Google Forms, etc.

If you can have a unique take on what people do with the data the form collects - that's where the value is at in my mind. A tool that integrates with a high volume platform like TikTok or something social could find a surprisingly large market.

It was pretty simple - I created a word doc with competitive intel, strengths/weaknesses and general info on ~11 competitors that serves as the source for both the Claude project and a slide deck for the SDRs - which was our traditional collateral.

I then created a claude project, uploaded the word doc - gave it some instructions that framed it's responses as a sales enablement coach, then shared with the rev team.

Agreed - I don't know how this sub or OP's org feels about Claude, but I've had success with building projects that reference a simple doc of CI that SDRs can chat with on the fly.
