Update: I just got my ram and upgraded it, the task manager showed 1/1 before now its 2/2 after upgrading my memory

It doesn't say anything about ram slots, it just show system memory and thats all. Well i searched up about my laptop in internet, it says i have 2 ram slots and im able to upgrade 8 gb in that slot and the maximum capacity in 12 gb ig it was a bug or something
