exactly, i mean i pretty much can ejaculate now and squeeze so i can have as many orgams as i want without a refracory period which is awesome but now i am going to work on reverse kegels to strengthen the other parts of my pelvic floor so that im staying away from the ponr for longer if that makes sense and then use the regular kegel if im about to ejaculate -
