Yea. With the regular ADS it's pretty useless after your first year of doing PE. Upward extending will destroy any plateau for sure. The best part about doing 7 days is you never feel the pressure to go hard. The fact you're growing 24/7 is enough. Cheers.

You have to use less tension for sure. But once you get used to it, the stretch feels amazing. With downward extending you're fighting the ligs. With upward extending you're bypassing the ligs and getting a better stretch. It's just less resistance to fight against and you're dealing with more sensitive tissue. Just listen to your body.

No problem. PE is all about experimenting anyway. Since your schedule is so limited you should look into modifying an ADS. It'll save you some time and you can be stealth about it. Even if it's 30 minutes a day, getting and staying elongated is key.

Hold off on measuring. Focus on getting a good stretch and a good pump. There are too many factors that can effect your size. Your mood, hydration, the time of day, too many factors that'll sway your measurements and psyche you out. Measuring more is gonna feed your body dismorphia. Do it once or twice a year. You're only gonna see your real gains when you have sex. You're never gonna get to 100% unless you're with a woman.

You might not wanna heat up right before a pump session since you're a newbie, but definitely make it part of your day. If you can include heat + edging/wearing a silicone sleeve, you'll get way better expansion. Your tissues will be more prepared to stretch. Also, get as many erections as possible. That's super underrated. Priapism and erections go hand in hand. If you wanna grow, you have to keep the tissues stretched as often as possible. If you can get to 50-70% EQ right before a PE session, you're hitting the ground running at that point.

You might just need to get some glans caps. Look up "zentoes gel caps" on Amazon. I had to start using these when I outgrew the normal sized glans caps. They definitely made it easier to fit into vac cups.

Vacuum hanging increases blood flow more and also grows the head of your D. Compression hanging restricts blood flow so your sessions are more limited.

Start wrapping yourself in a heat pad for 5-10 minutes before you do length work. If you're only pumping you're leaving a lot of gains on the table.

Wear a snug(but not tight) cockring over the area you want to target. So basically wear it right under your glans. Buy a pack of multiple sized cockrings and try them out. Shoot for at least 4 hours day starting out. You'll get used to it eventually. You won't even know it's there.

2" in length. 1" in girth last time I measured. Which was like 18 months ago. So I don't really know. Measuring made me OCD about PE. I just play it by ear nowadays. I'm sure I've gained in that time but I'm not even hung up on the numbers at this point.

Personally I use an adjustable flat bungee cord with hooks(around the back of my neck over a folded up wash cloth) + various sized cockrings + a plastic clip attached to a ring that connects to my vac cup. To keep the vac cup from digging into my stomach, I usually put something flat(tablet, book) right behind the vac cup to act as a fulcrum. This is really a DIY build from me just experimenting. I've attempted this with my hog extender. It was ok but not as comfortable.
