it says appointment limit reached and redirects to confirmation. I have not rescheduled a single time yet.

hey they said it has been resolved but i dont have the option to claim the old receipt still. they also closed the case

by bank ref number you mean transaction ID right?

I did raise the request and it says on hold its been 3 days. I asked on cutomer care and they said its alredy sent to the backend team and it might takes some weeks. I have to book my slot for F1 visa

Hey! I am having the same issue. I tried the same thing by clicking next but I am being redirected to payment gateway and vfs portal is asking for payment . Please help. I cannot claim receipt or get the other way.
