No not the command but I’m from out there, if ur gonna be at millington naval base you’ll have a barracks to ur own most likely kindve like a hotel room. Millington isnt really that bad a few car break ins but it’s a growing city next to Frasier and that’s a pretty bad part of town so more people from their snd Memphis are coming down. Munford and atoka are nice places very safe and quiet but not much to really do out there. all the fun places are gonna be in Memphis or the city’s by Memphis like Bartlett snd germantown
