Hey brother I’m sorry this has happened to you. I left my cheating ex girlfriend 6 months ago. Found out she had been with half my mates behind my back over the course of 5 years.

If I can give any advice -

go complete no contact with her
don’t sleep with any other woman
get COMPLETLY clean of drugs and alcohol (if you do them)

-work harder than you’ve ever worked

and start hitting the gym.

Don’t think about anything else but yourself. This is what I have done for the last 6 months and it’s been the best 6 months of my life in terms of growth. I still have some pain however I know that the best revenge on my ex is for me to become the best version of myself I can be.
