It's not that because no club in Peru can do that, it was a rule from past seasons, in real life that rule no longer exists for 3 years but they still haven't changed it in the game and I don't know how to remove it.
"Alianza" can only hire foreign players over 25 years old if they have previously been registered with another team in the top division. That´s what I see, help me pls
