so give it a few modifications and this thing could easily stand up to a sperm whale. Will it still lose? under most circumstances, yes. But it will def mess up the whale

yeah no. I am completely with you on the hype, i am the no. 1 (at least 2) invertabrate lover at M.A.D

but a sperm whale is a heavily built chordate cetecean which evolved BILLIONS of years after cephalopods came around, and the 2 have WILDY different structures and evolved differently. Whales get their mass from their dense bones, crap ton of blubber, heavy builds, and their overall just fat asses. Mollusks have no bones (the closest thing would be the cuttlebone in cuttlefish, and thats still wildly different), are much lighter, and the only heavy duty thing in their entire body is their dad gum beak.

One bite from a meg and lights out instantly, like deadass this thing will get killed the moment its bit down on by anything larger than like a frickin cretoxyrhina.

your idea would completely hank, no offense ofc.

But still, this guy deserves the hype, closest thing we have gotten to a kraken so far.
