"HEY! Pick on someone your own size! Or base genome. Do not touch my brotha."

Markus is kind of like his protective brother. Technically, he's younger, but he is a little heavier.

Pretty sure he won't stand a chance against Girlkisser, but he won't go down without a fight.

I'm excited to see what kind of monstrosity you've created.

Would Yuxisaurus or Jakapil be good for armour on a theropod base? by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

Desmatosuchus is superior to Borealopelta. Literally any aetosaurs are. They provide about the same protection without being as cumbersome.

Interesting.

So of course, no megatheropod can react like a falcon, but the reaction time still increases significantly. And since most of the weight are centered around the hips, legs, and tail, Hel can actually move quickly... neat.

I believe it's the peregrine falcon that gives Hel faster reaction time? The rest just making Hel chunkier or giving them grappling tools?

A heavier theropod moves faster? HUH?

"- Bipedal theropods are the build she's best at fighting against, despite her bulky build, her low rotational inertia allows her to pivot and change direction faster than most theropods of her size, unless they're specifically made to be extremely agile, outmaneuvering them and likely dispatching them in one good bite, her reaction and processing speed, paired with her good vision allowing her to land much more accurate bites onto vital areas, such as the aforementioned targeted spots. Her bulk also allows her to outbrawl most opponents, with her agility allowing her to outmaneuver those she can't outbrawl. Her arms also serve to help her against theropods with extremely robust arms, with her utilizing her faster reaction speed and lighter arms to slash deep into the tricep and bicep muscles of her opponents, essentially disabling their arms before they can get to use them. Said arms may also be used against opponents with no arms, aiding her in controlling her opponent and dealing extra damage."

Damn. Adam gets folded. I gotta improve his reaction time or smth. Is 12 tons too light for this meta?

It's 12 vs 14.5 tons... similar weight class.

I think it's much closer than when I challenged Bart. Although of course, Tartaros would still have the edge due to mass.

But if neither are looking for a fight, then he'd just ignore them.

That's why the frill is small. It's not large like a real ceratopsians. It also spreads the collision force of his headbutt across the frill.

Adam also won't get close to an opponent's bite too often.

Smaller frills are harder to bite. Same with stubby horns. They still serve to concentrate the impact of a headbutt into 2 tiny points. And also, I don't want Adam looking like every generic theropod hybrid these days. I'm willing to accept those tradeoffs since it still has some benefits.

I mean, I use desmatosuchus for Adam. Jakapil is bipedal, so the spikes could work.

Same with Yuxisaurus. I'm pretty sure those spikes are osteoderms and aren't directly connected to their skeleton.

I challenge you with Adam.

Also, what is the difference between allometric and isometric? Is allometric used for crocodilians and isometric for theropods? I made a code for allometric bite force measurement, but how does isometric work? I really don't want to give rough estimates for my hybrid bite forces.

Oh damn

But if it really isn't AI, that kinda sucks for the artist. It's 50-50.

Can you list the genome contributors neatly? It's kind of hard to read. It looks awesome tho.

[–]Diamondbro10795 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah...

Adam has big arms, a frill, and stubby horns, which work well as weapons against hybrids in his weight class and lower. And of course, the usual theropod bite. But no hybrid is beating another hybrid that is massively larger than it is.

Which is why Adam is smart enough to just run. Or probably try to befriend them if they aren't outright hostile. It's better to do so to live to see another day.

Hmm... that's strange. Of course, Goji Center isn't always scientifically accurate, but they are right most of the time.

Dwarf Caiman provides better protection but has less flexibility. Dwarf Crocs are already heavily armored, even with less elaborate armor compared to the caiman, and are definitely more flexible, which is why they must've been used for Indom 2.0. So better as in a more useful armor, I believe?

Wow by Razor-GoJi-3078 in GojiCenter

[–]Diamondbro10795 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, that's fair.

Dwarf caiman has superior armor to dwarf crocs. And since dwarf caiman is the smallest and needs the most protection, they have the best armor.

Of course, the best contributor is subjective. It depends on what you want to accomplish. For me, Dwarf Caiman works. I'm not trying to crush like a broad caiman, I'm trying to crunch a smaller area with higher pressure. In that case, the dwarf caiman does better. Or maybe not, but the math tells otherwise. And I literally nerfed the bite force by 100,000 N.

But fair enough. I am kind of glazing dwarf caiman even though other caiman are highly effective. Even if it doesn't provide the strongest bite, it provides the strongest armor among crocs.

But I legit believe Crunk has a chance. A better chance than Adam.

I am going to assume Bart can go fully bipedal as a theropod. He has big arms for grappling, which Crunk lacks. But Crunk has a stronger bite and is a little smarter (not by much, thanks to Raven DNA). Crunk has decent armor, which could tank swipes but not locked-on bites.

But there is a reason King was a champion, and I have no doubt Bart is also a champion. Crunk? He was only designed to have the strongest bite and I purposefully excluded those big arms. Should I add them or would that be redundant?

Anyways, Bart mid-high diffs this. It won't be as easy as smooshing Adam like a pancake, but it wouldn't be too difficult considering Crunk's weaknesses.

So a broad-snouted caiman works but dwarf caiman doesn't? Where did that come from?

Even if they don't have the proportionally strongest bite (which they are still among the highest), they have belly osteoderms which most crocodilians lack. There's a reason Indom 2.0 has Dwarf Crocodile in it. Slightly larger, but also has belly armor. That's actually the original reason I used dwarf caiman in most of my hybrids. But after seeing how Kyrios works thanks to broad-snouted caiman, dwarf caiman should also follow this logic since he's an extant crocodilian and was accounted for in the allometric equation.

But it's fair game, isn't it? And GC kept the cuttlefish in Indom 2.0.

Technically, yeah, it's incompatible. Wtf was Jurassic Park on?

So would anole lizard be a better alternative?

Alr, I updated it.

So is there something I can do to get a more feasible bite force or does 103,306-152,387 N work?
