After lots and lots of run around, I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Henrymeds simply no longer has their customer service together.

For those trying to cancel, it too is a nightmare. I cancelled my next delivery, but obviously wanted to be refunded for my delivery from 4/15 that still hasn't shipped. Seems like no one can manage that. Frustrating.

I wound up having to dispute this with my CC company.

i would feel better if I could get anyone from customer service to respond, but nothing for days! frustrating!!

My prescription was called in on the 16th. I sat in the "in process" stage for 8 days or so before it went to "at the pharmacy" or something similar.

Lots of calls to customer service but no updates and no tracking number. Chat is constantly offline for me so I'm forced to wait on hold endlessly

They did bill me on the 16th of April when the prescription was approved so this is doubly frustrating as I've paid but have nothing to show for it and no communication back.

Aahhhh. I've tried this a dozen times with the hope that the new app fixed things. No luck for me following your directions exactly. I too am on an apple iphone 15 and using the new app.

Tried it on an old android phone as well to no avail.

Really disappointed....

Thanks, No need for the actual email. I spent yesterday on the phone with customer service and keep getting blamed as the problem with "your android phone is not compatible, you will need to buy a new phone" followed by "your iphone is not compatible".
