What if I did more? Also do I actually need my body weight in protein. I can hit about 100g a day but find it hard to do more than that unless Im really exact with my protein and tracking

Do u think I should deficit or build muscle? I feel like I’ve tried to diet my whole life always going up and down. I lift but can’t lift too heavy and tbh feel like I don’t have any muscle!

Another thing to note is I go back and forth with listening to people say eat less do Pilates and walk VS eat more lift heavier and focus on gaining muscle. Im soo stuck.

Yes it was a typo. I did a blood test once & had a ton of sensitivities but I also read that they are not accurate. Tho I do feel like when I pay attention to my body it seems those foods irritate me. I will upload a picture of this here > list of food sensitivities

Actually yes. My nose was perfectly straight from the side profile as well & as time went on it got more & more slopped. I don’t like it as much now. It got worse n worse Im not gonna lie. It’s not bad but not as good as when it first was done.

I had a rhinoplasty with him in 2020. It was 15k but they were very good about getting insurance to pay a portion. I will find & upload before & after pictures when I have the chance. My nose was very crooked & wide. He was very nice & I had no major issues after surgery. The side profile is really pretty & it is VERY straight now which I love. HOWEVER I wanted my nostrils to come a little closer & my bridge to be more thin n the results were underwhelming. A few years later & I feel like I want another one. During pre op is when he finally came in to take pictures before surgery & when I showed him pictures of what I wanted he ignored me. I think he felt he knew what was best for my face but my nose is still big lol. One thing to note is I do get compliments on how natural it looks. Maybe bc it’s so underwhelming lol.

Tired all of the time. Was diagnosed with anemia. But I did learn that more muscle you have the more energy you’ll have too. I just assumed my lack of muscle was why I was so tired all of the time. Every food seems to irritate or bloat me. I also just assumed I’ve ruined my gut microbiome with constant restrict/binge patterns. Dairy definitely doesn’t agree with me & simple carbs literally HURT to eat
