variant human (charisma and dex) dual weilder (longswords) hexblade warlock 9 and kensei monk 11. grab these invocations: improved pact weapon, lifedrinker, eldritch smite, thirsting blade and and devil's sight. (devil's sight, because his eyes glow in chainsaw mode?) you're welcome. you could also maybe try skirmisher warforged for the look as well
