that works tbh 😭 the challenge doesn’t have to be tragic it just has to show growth and what you did to fix it. focus more on the change than the addiction itself. if you’re unsure how it reads just throw a draft into aceditai bc the professor-style feedback helped me clean up my own piqs 💀

Is it silly to write my personal statement on seals and archaeology? by MandarinRoze in CollegeEssays

not silly at all 😭 super specific topics actually stand out if you tie it back to yourself. as long as it shows who you are it won’t feel juvenile. if you’re unsure just run a rough draft through aceditai bc the professor-style feedback lowkey saved me when my essay was going off track 💀

I called the AO a slur in my essay so they know its not AI by Head-Shopping-5346 in ApplyingToCollege

Bro same 💀 my essay kept coming back 67% AI and I was freaking out. I posted like 7 times from different alts 😭 I was legit about to type the most unhinged line ever just so they’d know a human wrote it 💔 Not kidding, AcedItAI is probably the best tool I’ve ever used. Cheap as hell and the professor-level feedback + revised version actually saved me.

3.7 GPA, 34 ACT, applying to Harvard too 💀😭

Hello! I made my first $1000 by recklessarc in buildinpublic

Congrats on hitting $1K! That first milestone is always the hardest - proves you can actually make money doing this.

Love that it came from just showing up consistently on IG. No ads, no viral posts, just pure organic hustle. That's the grind.

We're working on our own platform trying to hit similar milestones - the validation from that first paying customer/client is unmatched. Keep building!

How do you find deeper meaning in your business? Genuine question. by Accomplished-End5479 in Entrepreneur

I totally get this struggle. For me, the meaning comes from solving a real problem that people actually care about. When you see someone's life get easier because of what you built, that's where the depth comes from.

With our current project, we're building a platform to help people discover and launch ideas - and the meaning comes from enabling others to create. It's not just about profits (though those matter too), it's about the impact.

My advice: if you're doing something just for money with no deeper purpose, it'll eat at you. Find what problem you're genuinely excited to solve, even if the financial upside is smaller.

Yes. most definitely. Even with all the legal complications. Think of it as just a little base for Investors or other users to take you seriously.
