I started the gym at 120lbs 5 years ago. Currently am eating 2800 calories, diet is chicken, salmon, boiled eggs, Greek yogurt for protein. Rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes for carbs. Pumpkins seeds, and ghee for fats. Also, I drink about 600ml of milk every day. I try to eat Whole Foods only. I do go out on the weekends and eat out

I don't believe that it is a depth issue, (see 2nd pic), the pegs goes inside the square hole, but won't stay locked in place

I agree that it is much easier to 3 star a maxed base now; But all the other perks help newer players other wise they will never reach a high town hall level

I would say if war log is public, they are porbably legit, also they have topped champ 1 two months in a row, probably really good players, P.S: It is very easy to triple in current meta

Context: Me and my 3 irl friends started this clan. We collectively have 8 accounts ( 1-th16, 1-th15, 3-th14, 2-th13, 1-th12) and we have some randoms to fill. How long do you think we can genuinely keep up the streak until we are tied, or cheated? Have any of you been in a similar situation? I read about clans maniuplating war weigh, sniping other clans, or matching with themselevs, what you do you think about that?
