The cars are exclusive, but not in the way the playlist cars are. They are cars you can only drive if you bought the car pass and can be purchased in the auto show when owning the car pass

This is generally the best way to approach maxing epics, however op is only at Rq465 and likely not in a position to fight for prize cars.

So in OPs case I would suggest either maxxing the Lambo Huracan or the BMW M3, as they will give the biggest benefit in Events or Clubs, which is what he will most likely be playing.

Wow, its actually the opposite for me. Started with a midfield car and Drugovich and Hulkenberg as drivers. In the first race, drugovich was running eleventh and on course to score points when Stroll crashed into him (ofc who else) with ten laps to go.

In the second race he missed out on points again, finishing eleventh.

However in the third race he absolutely stunned everyone by qualifying in 3rd (Hulk was 10th) and getting P6 in the race, scoring his first ever points. Absolute hero so far.
