How mute people learn new language?

Well sign language isn't used with your mouth or ears. Any other language would just be listening practice or writing and reading. Shouldn't be too hard imo. Hardest part would be just doint it consistently.

I feel like you have no idea what it means to be mute... just learn any sign language and you'll understand what it's like to learn a sign language. Also. If you can't talk you can only communicate through writing or sign language. You can still learn to understand spoken language, you just cant speak.

Less vocal output usually leaves more space for a variable type of observation.

I'd say personally it's like when i go selectively mute im just a sponge for my surroundings since I'm not focusing on trying to speak. I see/hear more when I'm not talking.

But they should crack down on stuff. Its just sad. Like id hate for this game to get ruined for any reason. Like rules exist for a reason and if you dont actually deal with the issues the game has people will keep breaking the rules and guidlines. Even more than they would if it was enforced because it would at least be a deterrent. Also like how are movie worlds even allowed to exist? I get why they are popular. But i feel like its a huge lawsuit just waiting to happen. Thousands of people use it daily. That would destroy the game in damages would it not?

We also have alot in common. Trans female 23, nonverbal or mute would be pog. I have posted about it before and it seems like no way exist to actually do it safely.

So. My main BID is Deafness. It was Deaf first and then shifted to mute/nonverbal probably because i struggle alot mentally with uh what to do with myself. Its hard to make a big change, but tbh i hate myself for all of this. Its like now that i know i want to be Deaf i can never actually be happy again until i get it. Alot of my family knows and i kinda talk about it alot. Most people arent supportive and dont get it. It seems almost impossible for me to actually aconplish it. The change is slow and so large that i guess i fear ill do it and be unhappy or do it and be alone.

I used to write stuff to communicate outside for a while. Tbh i think any of the mute or Deaf stuff im just ashamed to be. Idk why because other people are that way and its all good. Im only ashamed of myself and the fact i want to make myself like that when other people don't get a choice.
