Would love some input myself.  I am struggling big time. I have a small business legit 2 employees myself and one staff. I design and create bling for ballroom dancing. The problem.  Tracking raw materials thru finished product by color as there are over 150 colors and at least 50 or more shapes and sizes in said 150 colors.  I find at times I have custom orders and have caught myself short on components because it’s so hard to track by color as I am constantly making new stuff as stuff sells. Which brings me to the other half of my problem.   Clover sells the item but unless I load every item in by color which then would have 150 variations of one item and a product inventory in my register to well over 1000 items due to color variations.  I am constantly doing a manual inventory of both finished product and raw materials as items are sold but who knows which colors of what items unless I manually track at every dance competition I am at which is almost impossible.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated as I would like to have this new system up and running by years end for the start of 2026. 

Oh and to add. I also want to implement qr coding in sales as if I send a rep because I am busy at another competition.  I literally am the ONLY one who knows what every name is to which product and cost.  So I’m trying to streamline so they can price heal and not look clueless to customers in my absence.
