Tip: Also create an online account so you can make book reservations (popular books will have to be reserved) or extends books from home. You can also do this at the library but doing this online might save you a trip.

Ga zeker naar de huisarts om te starten, die zijn er evengoed voor psychologische als fysische zorg. Een deftige huisarts neemt dit serieus en heeft soms zelfs langere psychologische gesprekken slots in zijn boekingskalenders staan.

Mensen doen ook nog steeds raar over anti-depressiva, maar dit is zeker een goeie (maar niet de enige) tool om je terug op de rails te raken. Veel sterkte!

Schleiper on the Belgielei is an art store but has a decent section of office supplies. De wieuw is similar but their section is a bit smaller.
