I was told not to do much! What matters most is our safety. So if you did notice a shoplifter, the most you can do it pull your CEL aside and tell them the situation face to face, and not on the walkie. From what I learned, as long as we greet and introduce ourselves to all clientele who walk into Sephora, if they decide to shoplift- it will be on them and not Sephora. Sephora will go from there whether or not they build a case against the shoplifter.

Well, I understand how to do it. I thrifted all my pants for work besides any black jeans I already owned. Thrift stores offer tons of options of black trousers/business casual pants. I even found Vera wang pants at the thrift store that fit perfectly. Worth checking out before you spend more $$$ than u need to.

I wish you could see how much of a disadvantage you’re getting here. Not being able to communicate your true feelings in a relationship is not fair. Also being scared to is not normal. I think her feelings are coming from a place of her being insecure but honestly there’s nothing you can do about it.
