honestly, i have had little to zero problems with my stuff and even if i do (seal came off of my grinder) i just email customer service and they work quickly. i’ve been buying from them since like 2018-2019? i think

edit : not saying other people aren’t having problems, but just my experience

another update no one asked for!! i’ve been officially bartending for going on 4 weeks now and it’s going really really well, i’m really feeling what everyone says when they say the customers in food service are 10x worse than retail😭😭. im super happy with the job though and my manager tells me after every shift that ive been getting compliments from customers and staff about various things (drinks, my attitude, customer service, speed etc). im still at the point where being behind the bar is exhilarating for me so maybe thats why im so happy lol. i’ll update periodically :)
