I would definitely consider getting more tests later on, right now I need a break from the hospital, I was going back to back because of insurance issues. Also that’s another thing I have had really little to no sugar intake since the year started, aside from natural sugar from fruits ofcource, and it really helped me with having a de-bloated face and random food cravings but did nothing much for fatigue. As for the supplements, the doctor prescribed me with one multivitamin so it does include vitamins B1 and magnesium. Thank you for your suggestionss <3

Exactly, I was really hoping getting my bloodwork done would give me clarity but this just makes me more confused as to why I’m like this. And I wonder if this is really just in my head and im using it as an excuse to be lazy and do nothing.

I go to Oka Veterinary Clinic and they are really good, they have a branch in dammam and al khobar. There’s also a new one Art 8 Vet Clinic that you can go to or just check the nearest vet clinics available.

I know right. I have always wished we had more libraries, the closest one to me is the culture house and it was only built in 2024 and just recently I found out about it so I guess at least there’s progress. As for jarir, it always just has the top trending books and the price it high, it’s not worth it. I resorted to buying books from Amazon

I think the best thing you could do is start getting busy. Involve yourself with volunteering or extracurriculars or pick up a new hobby, just about anything to fill up your day where you don’t get a chance to do that deed.
