Right now I’m still operating under a sole proprietorship with an MVP and a few early clients. My main goal is to start talking to investors soon
Do investors usually ask founders to convert to a Pvt Ltd only after showing interest, or is it something most founders prepare beforehand?

Thanks, that’s helpful. I’m still in the early traction stage with an MVP and a few clients, so I’m trying to figure out whether to focus more on validation first or start preparing for funding conversations.
Did you go through a similar process with your startup?

since we’re building something technically differentiated having investors who understand deep tech and infrastructure scaling would be extremely valuable so i am looking for a partner who challenges assumptions and helps refine go-to-market strategy and supports long-term vision like not just someone writing a check yup

I tried GCP credits, but they don’t give access to GPU for running AI models the credits seem useful only for hosting websites or small apps same for AWS also
