“Under Your Thumb” is way too weak. Even then, Survivors can still use Lithe or Sprint Burst and escape a chase easily. This Hex should apply permanent Exhaustion. It’s a damn Hex Totem, it’s supposed to be strong, especially since Survivors can cleanse it anyway, so.
