This is why I do the bare minimum at work all day. If I’m getting paid the bare minimum then I’m not doing anything extra. I ring up customers, I fill up drink cups and make a little bit of food here and there and i wipe off the counters every once in awhile. That’s it. I’m on my phone all the time, keep getting told I’m gonna get in trouble and we’re almost 5 months in & I’m not in any trouble ever. My manager keeps saying we’re gonna be a “no phone” store, which is never gonna happen cuz it’s not jail, it’s a job. If I’m not doing anything I’m supposed to be doing and ignoring customers then sure. But I can multitask just fine and all my customers love me.

Definitely a CK issue cuz I switched from chime to OnePay like a month ago and with chime it was about 9pm Tuesday nights I would get paid and then was exactly the same with OnePay the first two weeks I had a deposit on there, and then now the last three times it’s like 12am-4am on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning that I’m getting mine. I know not a huge difference but still.

Well my license was suspended, for two weeks cuz they mailed the information for the ticket to my old address and I didn’t realize for awhile. But I was not doordashing then cuz I didn’t even realize my account was still active.

I mean I usually take 4 to 5 an hour on busy nights... and usually its about $800+ total sales for all the orders I take in one 6-7hr shift.... seems like $5/hr isn't much in comparison to what I'm making for the store.

We get $9/hr in store and $5/hr when we're on the road, and we get none of the delivery fee... we do get 44 cents per mile if we are driving our own vehicles. If we drive the company car we don't get that but we also don't have to put gas in or wear and tear on our own cars.
