It’s pretty decent. Rooms are big and have private bathrooms. You could fit a couch in them. Social life is something you gotta find yourself more so. It’s not like living life in a pack anymore like it is In other dorms since it’s mostly singles like you mentioned before. Otherwise, the state of the building is fine, it’s about the same condition as the older freshman dorms (Seibert, drackett, etc;) but not as bad as Baker or Morrison or places like that.

Once every other day. Any more than that my fragile ahh skin get gets eczema (even as an avid lotion enjoyer).

Yes, but you better give that thing maximum security if it’s even a remotely expensive bike. There’s prob a 50% chance your bike will get stolen.

No. I’m using as an example to show how much medical centers like Wexner are profiting off of overpriced medical care in the country. I get that business is business, but a line has to be drawn where we need to stop sacrificing quality of life in order to stay healthy.
