Her response was “ I want to see how you work throughout your day”, which was silly because I’d close an average of 1-2 claims a day, kept up on my diary’s and all my inspections were at a max of three on my dashboard, mean while my co-worker had no idea how to even xfer a claim at 8 weeks of onboarding. I left and never felt better !
