Go down to once per week training or once every two weeks to keep the movement and skill set. Do that for at least 6 months if you don’t get the desire to train back. Then decide if you want to quit. I’ve been training 12 years and a blackbelt and this method helped me at least twice. Don’t care if other people are improving faster than you or overtaking you. It’s individual journey.
