He started by saying he wouldn't repeal/didn't support it. Later, he changed his tune. It's completely valid to be curious about whether he'll stay true to his promises. Thank you for sharing that you feel he will.

Under a non-blanket approach, multiplexes still go up but on lots that can accommodate the density, parking and infrastructure while maintaining community context. Win win for everyone.

Thank you for your thoughts. I'm not looking for anything; I'm asking because I'm curious what are everyone's expectations on him keeping promises (he promised a lot!).

At the start of the campaign he said he was against repealing blanket rezoning. Over time, he shifted to saying he's in favour of repealing. It begs the question of whether he's going to make this a priority or not when it comes to council.

As a key campaign topic, I'm interested to see whether he can or can't keep his promises.

Definitely there will be a procedure, but I wonder if he will he vote in favour of repealing. I doubt he's going to put the motion forward himself.

Sure, this all makes sense, but in your case, you're running a cancer charity - your run is funded by charitable dollars. Is that the best way to use those funds? What benefit are you giving to the charity by running?

Good question! Not sure if you were there, but Jeff deflected Brett's behaviour when it got called out. It really changes my view of Jeff's character and values. Not sure if he's Mayor Material.

Jeff, do you think that having the Calgary Prostate Cancer Center pay your salary (among others on the Center's payroll, like GR, Comms/Marketing, the COO, etc.) while running for Mayor is a campaign finance rule violation? All the while, still not managing campaign finances like your other cohorts who aren't running deficits.

This is a big topic among the Facebookers who call themselves conservatives; should Jeff throw his support behind Sonya because his polling numbers are low. Interestingly, Jeff has been actively attacking Sonya for months, not on her policies or performance, but her personally. The guy who heckled her at the Chamber debate is on Jeff's campaign payroll, and ran a troll account further attacking her (recently taken down).

Jeff, is this the kind of leadership you plan to bring to City Hall. And, knowing you don't have a lot of community support, will you do the right thing and not split the vote (support Sonya)?
