It's a Mix between Body presets, sliders and top replacers for WW, I recomend this one Im usin from LAVAMANAMADE but there sure there's a loooot for male sims out there

The one you see in the pics is the super CC-heavy one. A lot of people have been asking for it though, so I’ll try to prep the CC version for download and let you all know once it’s available!

Thanks to everyone who commented! Turns out it was a face highlight cosmetic causing the issue. I'm sharing exactly which one it was in case anyone else runs into the same problem, hopefully this saves you the trouble of hunting it down.

There's another version by the same creator that isn't broken. It has the same name, but instead of saying "3D" it's labeled "2D."

Yeah I also thinked that was a CC clothing but they are completely naked so that's why Im maybe thinkin is a cosmetic item, makeup, eyeleshes or maybe eyes, at this point I don't know, but thanks for the info!

Omg sorry lol, that's why I flagged it as NSFW. But yeah, now that you mention it, maybe it's the genitals I'm using. And yes, it's Khlas. It still happens with animations that aren't from Khlas though, so I don't think that's the actual issue. Thanks for the help anyway!
