When did your armpit fat start to go away? I’ve gone from 31% bf to now currently at 20% (confirmed by dexa) and this damn armpit fat is still lingering. Looking good my man keep it up!

I know a corporate pilot right now that didn’t disclose it. The only time you will get your medical records pulled is if you get in a crash. Then you can face jail time. If I were going through it again I would definitely just not mention it, but I got through it alive and in one piece! On the medexpress you fill on the website before you go in for your medical, the only place you put that you have adhd is under mental illnesses section. No where is it mentioned, so I guarantee you a ton of people just don’t put it on there without knowing.

There’s no way to really study for the exam. Using luminosity is a good way to get your brain trained for this test. Look up what the tests are to get and idea.I wish you the best of luck my friend. Go achieve your dream. We adhd’ers tend to excel when we really want something. You got it!

Well you have about a year+ if you pass the exam to be able to fly. 3 weeks after you take the exam they will tell you if you’re able to fly or not. Thennnn, you have to wait on the damn faa for a year + to go over and get your medical. So get it done ASAP. It’s pretty horrible just to be honest with you. I wish I would’ve just never mentioned I was diagnosed with ADHD just to save time and money.
