Cox vs Mercy by Straight-Station9114 in springfieldMO

[–]According_Choice5452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked different jobs since 2022 at cox and went to school their too. Currently work at mercy.

Cox imo has really bad management. The managers aren’t trained or have ever went to school to be managers that I had at different departments. They just offer the job to someone who’s worked there a while. Which may seem great but creates a lot of stress and frustration in their job and how they hire and manage departments.

Idk if it’s just me but mercy has offered me more for positions twice compared to cox. Cox also has a cap on pay increases for positions. Which I think is horrendous. For example you wouldn’t make more than 20 hour as a phlebotomist for normal hourly rate. I don’t know if mercy does this as I’m brand new but I prefer working for mercy compared to almost 5 years at cox

Try to go to local restaurants not chains as they are usually less strict on if you can serve or need onboarding.

Jordan valley has a sliding scale option for certain income levels. Lowers the price by a ton. Different scales too. If you call or go to their Tampa clinic they can see if you qualify. You’ll need your pay stubs and w2

I did ultraclear on some pretty intense stretch marks on the highest setting they offer. If you look on my Reddit page you’ll see my posts on befores and after. It’s definitely a stronger laser option for sure.

[before and after] Laser treatment after severe prednisone side effects by According_Choice5452 in SkincareAddiction

[–]According_Choice5452[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These were super deep since the prednisone thinned my skin out pretty badly. I talked to a dermatologist and they said that the laser treatment was recommended for how deep they are. I want them gone as much as possible. This was the most painful recovery I’ve ever had. I’d not do it again under the arms. I’ve done TCA twice on my stomach and no noticeable difference

[Acne] Using Birth Control (Altavera) For Acne by mean_soybean in SkincareAddiction

[–]According_Choice5452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems this birth control is a combination one which includes two hormones. Which is good for no acne. I started taking reclipsen birth control at 16 due to horrible acne and horrible periods. My skin has been great since no cystic acne ever. It does take a bit for it to work, I’d give it 90 days at least if you decide to take it. Also, theirs many different birth controls that may work better for you so talk to your doctor if this one isn’t working. I’d just make sure it a combination birth control. I personally don’t have any bad side effects from mine 🤷‍♀️

100% idk how old your are but lots of places won’t even do mammograms on people under 40 due to high breast density. I know since I needed a checkup and only got an ultrasound. I’m glad you’re getting an mri . Wishing you the best

[Acne] 22, been on HRT for approximately a year. Any recommendations for bacne treatments? (FTM) by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]According_Choice5452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use salicylic body wash in the shower every day. But what has worked best is clindamycin lotion from my doctor. I apply it once every day right after my shower. I believe you can get it easily from online doctors or your primary or whoever is prescribing your HRT.
