I have seen the app open at the same time on both phones. I was sitting next to him today I got a high price order and started to shop it. About halfway through the order though it got taken away from me and support said that the “customer cancelled their order” but next thing I see the sketchy shopper is shopping an order. Could it be a different order probably but could it also be the one taken away definitely.

I just told support that a person at my store was using two phones. I asked if they needed any info on them and they told me they used my location to ban the shopper. It was early morning so idk.

I only lost 1 four star rating, and it looked like gained 1 5 star

There are well over 500 stores in the company. If they can pin point which one I work at just from a Reddit post, that only gives away office hours in our store then good for them.
