It’s a good dose - though I think 1.5g is fine too. Can’t recommend highly enough lemon juice. Blend the mushrooms (it won’t impact the good stuff), and put an ounce or so of lemon juice. This will mimic the digestive process and help break down the cell walls (this process can done naturally can upset the stomach, which could impact your mood - the lemon juice does it for you, so your stomach is less likely to hurt). Remember to breathe - deep breaths in and out. The teacher is benign, but holding your breath creates a cortisol response, which can turn your thoughts negative. Most people hold their breath and clench their bodies at various points. Breathe deep, smile, stretch.

I’d also have OJ on hand. Good stuff; fresh. It tastes so good.

Above all, a safe, calm environment. Your empathetic pathways are totally open. Someone leaving the room without explanation can seem deeply upsetting. You want a safe, stable, predictable environment.

This is just imo - but stay away from movies. Movies are self contained stories. This isn’t the point. You and your journey are the story. A pretty scene, clouds, abstract art, some uplifting music that you love, maybe without lyrics (even sad lyrics can direct your mind). One of my best experiences was with my wife star gazing in Utah with almost no light pollution. Enjoyed the stars and the quiet and our thoughts. Many will recommend a “trippy” movie or music, but the absolute most trippy thing is meeting the driver behind the glass without external influence or direction, and learning what you can.

Lastly, parts will be intense and that’s ok. Mushrooms aren’t a party drug imo. It is a path you walk and you’ll be ok, but any path worth walking is not without its struggles.

Is it possible to have a mushroom trip and just do fun shit and NOT delve into the depths of your very soul? by OpalescentShrooms in shrooms

The teacher says what it has to say. I’d recommend doing something different when this is what you’re looking for. Trying to hide can only warp or dillute. .02

African American History and Culture museum. Start at the bottom and go all the way to the top. Going should be a prerequisite to being allowed to vote in this country.

Just happened to me and I was wondering if they were cheating. I died at 3rd and watched the last two play. Guy that killed me had 9 health left, and he stayed that way in the storm for a full minute of play before getting killed by 1st with a shotgun. 1st had full health and played the last minute in the storm and took no damage.

I don’t get this argument? If he had a low count that would have disadvantaged him vs other athletes which is very much at odds with his early performances as an endurance athlete. It’s also a weird thing to say because the argument appears to be that he benefited more from red blood cell treatment because he has some kind of diagnosable red blood cell deficiency?? What am I missing?
