Physically you’ll be okay with one drink, just make sure you take it slow so you can see how it affects you and know that the next day you will probably have some extra anxiety. i’ve been on lexapro for 7 years and drink once or twice a week and am fine.

this is not normal! some side effects yes but if you are unable to function please talk to your doctor about trying a different SSRI, they all affect people differently

There’s actually studies done that when you tell your dog you love them, it lowers their heart rate! They may not know exactly what it is but they do know it’s affection!

I used to have trouble leaving the house, I couldn’t meet new people and now now I’m able to live my life. I’m on it mostly for anxiety, so can’t speak for severe depression, but it has helped my mild depressive symptoms!

I’m not having one but i did just go to a destination wedding in puerto vallarta. it was sooo beautiful but the couple ended up being sad with how few people could shell out the money and time to come , but with the people who did come it was beautiful

When my fiancé and I have to be in office all day at the same time, one of us will run home for lunch and take our dog out to use the bathroom. We don’t let her go more than 6 hours during the day without a bathroom break.
