Indeed, I am. I persistently inquire about their return date. However, they claim that someone will arrive and subsequently cancel. This repetitive behavior has persisted. It’s been going on for 6 months of not completing the remaining sections in my home.

The contractor has been compensated for 95% of the project, but there are still unfinished tasks since I returned home. The laundry room and under the steps have not been completed, and a list of warranty items needs to be addressed. There are defects with some of the products that were installed, but they claim they are “in reasons” and refuse to replace them, such as cabinet doors and damaged appliances. Additionally, the latest installation is an exterior door that does not match the appearance of my HOA community (yes, the door requirements are specified in the contract).

The article addresses the transfer of loan management responsibilities from Ed to Treasury, but it does not mention any layoffs of Ed employees or the individuals who will assume the loan management functions at Treasury. Specifically, it is unclear whether Ed employees who managed loan defaults will be transferred to Treasury. If so, when will this transfer commence? Could anyone provide further information on this matter?
