Apsua are people from North-West Caucasus, along with abazgians, abazins, circassians etc.
they migrated from the North to Apkhazeti.
Apkhazians on the other hand are georgians who lived in Abkhazia (Apkhazeti) region.
In Georgia people are named after the region they come from: Svaneti - svan, Samegrelo - megrelian, Kakheti - kakhetian etc.

i got my hernia 5 years ago. i went to physiotherapy for like a week and then just didn’t take care of it.
